Every staff member was outstanding, friendly and professional, especially Sandy at the desk Tony, and all the ladies in the restaurant. The cooks did an amazing job on the food. One of my best experience is that any hotel I would definitely spend the extra money for the breakfast less than the waffle House charges and blows them away. The waffle house is next-door.

The Food was fine, but we were truly shocked, there was not acomplimentary breakfast. We have stayed at other places were the rooms were less than the Hilton, but the breakfast was complimentary. The thought is as much as we pay for the rooms, the Hotel could at least offer complimentary bagels or cereal, or fruit, or waffles or pancakes, and honestly most of the guest from my graduation class were very dissapointed about the bteakfast as well.

The location is a typical downtown. There’s a restaurant on premise. The Albany Civic Center is across the street and Albany State University a block away. Turtle Park is across the street for those with children. It is a very nice hotel in Albany and one of the better ones. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after having stayed at some of the other hotels in the area. I wasn’t expecting the great level of service and will stay here again. The front doors also get locked at night and you have to use your key to enter, so that made me feel safe. All of the staff were friendly, even the old man that cleans the parking lot. I felt very welcomed to this hotel.

Didnt like : We thought breakfast should have been included in our the price. NEVER had to pay to park at a hotel!! Did not like that there was no obvious security because of "I must assume all responsibility". The bed was very comfortable! For the most part...quiet.

The hotel is nice, but is beginning to show signs of aging. There were a couple of worn spots in the carpet in our room. The staff was very friendly and professional, they did a good job in making us feel welcome. Check in/out was very easy and efficient. There is a diner / bar in the hotel and although we didn't use them it was very well patronized by the other guests.
